WARF/ FRAO - Management Capacity Strengthening Project for IFAD projects teams in WCA (MCSP)
Training need assessment mission (Novembre - December 2006)
In regard to
MCSP training need assessment, West African Rural Foundation (WARF - FRAO) is currently supervising the first activities of the Regional Traning Institute (RTI) involved in this IFAD programme. Starting from adapted questionnaire, RTI have to meet projects in the field in order to gather their needs in management Capacity Strengthening. During November and December, missions are taking place in the following countries : Mauritania, Mali, Benin, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Senegal, DRC, Gambia, Cameroon, Congo and Ghana. Meetings and workshops are planned in theses countries to put togheter staff of the ongoing IFDA projects. Review of mission’s results will be discussed during a meeting with WARF and the RTIs.
