CBARDP impact study report
The main objective of the impact assessment study is to establish the achievement of the IFAD-CBARDP programme objectives, identify the constraints and recommend orientations that may be required to alleviate the constraints and improve on effectiveness. A group of six consultants were employed to handle each of the sub-components of the programme namely; Rural Community Development (RCD), Sustainable Agriculture Development (SAD), Rural Enterprises and Financial Linkage Support (REDFLS), Gender and Vulnerable Groups Development (GVGD), Community Infrastructure (CI) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
