The Rationale for the Preparation of a Project Completion Report by RFCIP
For the purpose of its closure in december 2006, RFCIP in preparing its Project Completion Report (PCR). The main aim is to document RFCIP achievements, constraints and impact during its implementation from July 1999-December 2006.
The Department of State for Agriculture(DOSA) being its implementing Agency has been mandated to spearhead the preparation of a PCR which is ongoing at stakeholder levels. So far the appropriate actions are being taken.
