The present publication is an added support to the dissemination of capitalization products of network members, essentially IFAD financed projects in West and Central Africa. This first issue is devoted to promoting rural micro and small enterprises, a sector which represents an important leverage for the fight against poverty and which has enormous potentials for job creation and for infusing economic dynamism in the rural areas.
